These terms are an agreement between you and Jacquaro (Punagam, Surat, Gujarat, India, GSTIN 24BUZPC0997C1ZE) for using the Jacquaro website and service. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Jacquaro corrects small placement mistakes in Jacquard BMP designs that you upload and returns a file of the same size and colours. Results are produced automatically: they are usually close to a designer's work but not guaranteed to be perfect. Always check the file before sending it to a loom.
Your account
- You must give true details and keep your password and two-factor codes secret.
- We may block an account that abuses the service, tries to break its security or does not pay.
Your designs
- You keep all rights in the designs you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
- We store your original and output files and your job history so you can download them again. Job history cannot be deleted from the account; see the Privacy Policy for how data is kept.
- Our staff open a customer's design files only to solve a problem you report, and every such access is recorded.
Plans and payment
- A free plan with daily limits is available. Paid plans (monthly or yearly) give a monthly design-size quota; credits can be bought on top and do not expire.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. Plans are paid in advance for the period; a tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Limits of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of production, material or profit caused by using a file without checking it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; important changes are announced by e-mail or on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
